Caldwell's Camp Counselor Educational Scholarship

This scholarship was created to thank camp counselors for their dedication to campers and the camp industry. This scholarship awards $1,000 toward college tuition for a different camp counselor each year.

The camp counselor must have worked at a summer camp for 3 summers with at least two summers as a counselor and have the recommendation of the camp's director. The scholarship will be awarded directly to the educational institution of the recipient's choosing within 12 months.



Tuition will be paid directly to the school.

Application deadline is August 1 and the scholarship will be awarded by September 1.
To apply for the scholarship, please do the following:

1. Download the Scholarship Application in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
       (Don't have Acrobat? Get a free copy.)
2. Download the Scholarship Reference Form.
3. Print and fill out the scholarship application. Print out three copies of the reference form and give them to your references. One reference must be from your camp director and one from your educational institution. The third can be a personal or work reference.
